Royal court honored at 'Real Senior Prom'

June 25, 2006 -- The Open Minded Seniors held its third annual Real Senior Prom Umoja Extravaganza June 17 at The Centre at Halifax Community College.  honored as members of the "royal prom court" were, from the left, Geraldine Richardson, second runner-up for Prom Queen; Sadie Green, first runner-up for Prom Queen; Betty White, Queen of the Prom; Claude Ford, King of the Prom; Raymond Hayward, first runner-up for Prom King; Donald Whitaker, second runner-up for Prom King.
